At Mishti Beauty, we are committed to ensuring that your handcrafted products are packed with care and delivered in a timely manner. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. As our products are handcrafted, processing times may vary slightly during high-volume periods, sales, or special launches.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or message, along with tracking details where applicable.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India and to select international destinations.
Shipping availability and charges may vary based on delivery location and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated based on order value, weight, and delivery location and are displayed at checkout prior to payment. Root Theory reserves the right to revise shipping charges without prior notice.
Any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import charges for international orders are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price unless explicitly stated.

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Mishti Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs authorities, weather conditions, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you may receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. Tracking availability depends on the courier partner and shipping method selected.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Mishti Beauty will not be liable for delays, losses, or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address information, reshipping will be subject to additional shipping charges.
Damaged Packages
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you receive a product that is damaged during transit (such as a broken glass container), you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing mishtibeautyofficial@gmail.com with:

Approved claims will be resolved in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, through replacement only.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Mishti Beauty is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments once the order has been handed over to the courier partner. However, we will assist you in coordinating with the courier service to help resolve such issues wherever possible.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped on a delivery-duty-unpaid (DDU) basis. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their country’s authorities.
International orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of verified transit damage, which may be resolved through replacement at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or dispatched. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
