Refund policy

At Root Theory, all products are handcrafted personal care and lifestyle items. Due to the nature of these products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we maintain a strict no-return and no-exchange policy.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once they have been delivered. This policy applies to all items sold by Mishti Beauty, including but not limited to:

Skincare and personal care products
Candles
Other hygiene-related products

Products are not eligible for return even if they are unused, unopened, or purchased by mistake.

Damages and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a product that is damaged during transit (for example, a broken glass container) or if you receive an incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To report a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at mishtibeautyofficial@gmail.com with:

Your order number
Clear photographs or videos showing the damage or error
A brief description of the issue

Once the claim is reviewed and approved, Mishti Beauty will arrange for a replacement product to be shipped.
Refunds are not provided for damaged or incorrect items; replacement is the sole remedy.

Return Shipping

As returns are not accepted, return shipping is not applicable. A return address will be shared only if required and only after approval by our team.

Sale Items

All products purchased during sales, promotions, or using discount codes are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

International Orders

All international orders are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for international orders.
In the event of transit damage, replacement may be considered at the sole discretion of Mishti Beauty after verification.

Refunds

Refunds are not applicable under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law. Approved issues will be resolved strictly through product replacement.
